Delicious Apple Oat Muffins recipe

  • 300g Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) BioV Rice + Almonds
  • ¼ cup Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 gala apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt Atlantis
  • Whole Brown Sugar

 

Instructions:

To start, preheat the oven to 160°C, ensuring it reaches the ideal temperature for baking your delicious muffins.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix these dry ingredients well, ensuring even distribution.

In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until all the wet ingredients are fully combined.
