Banana cake

Recipe by a talented cook named D. Hena, who holds a special place in my heart!

Ingredients:

- 5 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (I usually use brown sugar, but when it's Dona Hena's recipe, I allow myself without guilt)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In the blender, beat the bananas, oil and eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour and sugar, stirring well to incorporate the ingredients.
4. Add baking powder and mix again.
5. Unite a roast with butter and sprinkle wheat flour or use muffin tins.
6. Place the dough in the pan or distribute it in the muffin cups.
7. Take to preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Check ahead of time to prevent the cake from burning. Use a toothpick to check the cake is done - if it comes out clean, it's done.
8. You can choose to make it in the form of a pudding, as Dona Hena does, or in other forms of your choice. It's good either way!
