Tips

This mousse is a healthy and flavorful option, thanks to its vegan and nutritious ingredients. The chocolate Biov is a powder for preparing vegetable drinks made from rice, a natural hypoallergenic grain that is gluten-free and contains cocoa, as well as being a source of calcium.

Agave syrup is a natural substitute for sugar, with a higher sweetening power than regular sugar, ready to use.

Chia, a superfood, is another important ingredient in this mousse. Originating from Mexico and used for centuries, it is rich in essential nutrients for the proper functioning of the body, such as polyunsaturated fatty acids, fiber, and protein.
