Vegetarian Textured Soy Protein Sandwich


Natural Summer Sandwich with Soy Protein

How about learning how to prepare a delicious natural sandwich with a summer touch? In this recipe, we will replace meat with soy protein, resulting in a lighter and healthier option.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cooked Dark Vegan Protein
2 tablespoons of Tahini
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Organic Agave Syrup
¼ cup onion (chopped)
¼ cup pickles (chopped)
4 slices of Traditional Gluten Free Bread
Lettuce leaves
sliced tomato
Salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the cooked PTS, leaving a few larger pieces.
2. Add the Tahini, the mustard, the agave syrup, the onion, the pickles and season with salt, pepper and green smell and mix well
3. Spread the mixture on one of the slices of bread and place lettuce and tomato on top
4. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
