Christmas wreaths are not limited to decorating the front door. How about bringing this tradition to the table with a refreshing tomato salad and a delicious yogurt sauce?
Ingredients:
3 cups of cherry tomatoes or enough to create the wreath
1 cup of buffalo mozzarella seasoned with olive oil and oregano to taste
1 glass (200ml) of plain yogurt
1 cup of Japanese cucumber, cut into small squares
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
finely chopped mint leaves to taste
salt to taste
Preparation:
Place the yogurt in a bowl.
Add the cucumber, garlic, mint, salt, and mix.
Place the bowl in the center of the serving plate and surround it with the cherry tomatoes.
Garnish with the buffalo mozzarella balls and mint and/or basil leaves.
